If you’d like a refund, just send me a message with the word “refund” and I’ll make sure you get your money back. Since it’s already January 31st and the fixes will likely be finished tonight—after February 1st—you won’t have to pay twice. I apologize for underestimating how much work was needed.

I definitely have a bad habit of setting deadlines like I’ve got infinite stamina (spoiler: I don’t). Seriously though, I appreciate your message so much. As for my parents… yeah. And I do all side "sidequests" that require "extra work". But yes, I should probably know better by now than to put an exact date on anything. In the end, I take the time to get things "extra" nice. Like adding dialogue-variations for more immersion. It means a lot that you’re enjoying the game and sticking with me—messages like this help more than you know. 💖

Not to mention even the deadlines you set don't take priority over your personal life/health/safety. Also I don't mean to pry, but I remember a health scare a while back with your parents. How are they holding up?

2025-02-01 04:33:43 +0000 UTCSure, It can be a little displeasing when announced releases miss their deadlines, but ultimately it's not that big of a deal, anybody losing their marbles over something like this is probably a little unhinged. Perhaps start giving a time range that you'd LIKE to deliver, rather than saying that you WILL deliver, that wording will give you some extra wiggle room. "i'd LIKE to release this update by next week" vs "this update WILL be ready next week" anywho, i'm sorry that some folks are giving you a hard time, you're doing well and i'm pleased with the game thus far.
