Side Project: My own book?

What would you guys think of a "little" book, based on this game?
I actually started writing just for fun, while having a break from animating bowsettes enslavement and I noticed it's acutally quite fun.
I was thinking I would start writing...
A story of a normal boy with hopes and dreams, and the cruel journey descending him into a person who cant even be considered human anymore.
It would start with a "normal" 20 year old boy who joins my university.
However as time goes on the place and the people slowly mess up his life, his brain, his financial situaiton and his social status.
It should be about how everything fucks up his life more and more. Even though he really tries his best to succeed, he will eventually get corrupted. Finally his mind totally breaks and his life is totally ruined and his body is damaged beyond repair and... other evil things that probably come into my mind later when I write. (I'll make little markings so you can skip scat)
Of course after reading this, no matter how healthy your brain is, you will be partially fucked up too.
Anyway, what do you think?
