Here are the rules:

Pushing buttons (mouse buttons + Q/E/A/D/ + Space Buttons) in regenerates your Energy and Arousal! You not allowed to do that without fapping.
However you are allowed to do it while "licking".
If you regenerate yourself without fapping its cheating.
2.
A new mistress-meter!
Happy mistresses are treating you better, angry ones could treat you harsher!
