Dev Plans (June 1st - August 1st)

Hello Backers!

This is the first dev plan for the new bi-monthly schedule! As you may have noticed, the current issue with the monthly schedule is that I end up releasing a lot of content that is unfinished and partial.

While that is normal in most cases, the main thing is that I want to be able to implement content in entire complete chunks. For example, dungeon 2 took approximately 1.75 months worth of work to complete; however, due to releasing it monthly I released it half finished essentially.

The same thing occurred for this new side-quest, which has taken quite awhile to set up to be honest... The art demands for character art and map sprites were quite high for this side quest.

The good news is, that with the new schedule that problem should be eliminated!

Now, even though I'm switching to a bi-monthly release schedule, the same amount of art will still be getting commissioned! The goal still is to spend $2k every month on art.

I hope you all are looking forward to seeing the future content, because I'm looking forward to implementing it!

Now then, these next two months I'll be implementing some stuff I've been looking forward to for awhile now!

1. Implementing the New Side-Character: Lexi

The new side-character is a bombshell diva with a big ego. She's more than willing to step on anyone that gets in her way... In fact, she's eager to do so. She loves being in positions of power and loves fashion even more.

These next two months will see the implementation of her character into the game. Her gameplay is some of the most unique I think the game will have to offer. I think a lot of you will enjoy what's coming next with her content.

2. Guidance Bear UI Part 2

In case some of you missed it, Guidance Bear had an upgrade this last patch! He's now more accurate than ever... 95% of the time!

Guidance Bear was fun for me to implement, and I'm going to spend some time this month finishing him up. I need to add Android Compatibility (Touch Screen) and add the Secrets menu option.

3. Finishing up the Side-Quest

Neith's side-quest has come to an end... For one route at least. I'll be spending some time this month finishing up her content. Hopefully you guys enjoyed her reign of terror! There's more to come soon!

Once I finish up her second route I'll be doing another release. Expect that around 5-7 days from now.

4. Implementing Backers Choice

As always I'll be implementing backer's choice!

You guys are keeping me on the edge of my seat with this one. I can't tell if Sapphire is going to win a 3rd time in a row or if Victoria will steal her spot light for her next exhibitionist adventure! Whichever it is I'll be implementing them so look forward to that!

(By the way, since we're on a bi-monthly schedule now the chosen character will get 2 events instead of 1.)

Combat System re-work coming to a game near you soon! (Hopefully after this next release...)
