Fabric for body and gloves - biflex, velvet, satin. I like all these options.
Translucent skirt and veil - chiffon, mesh, tulle, possibly with sequins and lace. The flowers on the skirt are arranged randomly, you can place them in any order.
It seems to me that a lot of different lace will look great in this costume.
Stockings can be white, translucent with or without lace.
Flowers on the head can be imitations of real flowers or in the form of hairpins.
