In this design, it is simply impossible to do without glitter and rhinestones.
1. Material for body and gloves. According to the idea, there is a gradient from white to blue, but you can make a seam in the belt area and use two fabrics - I also like this option.
From materials suitable - biflex, satin, velvet (why not), as well as options with sequins. I tried to find different examples.
2. There is quite a lot of translucent fabric in this design. The same option is suitable for both simple chiffon, lace, and with a lot of sequins.
3. Tights are white with a pattern of stars, or with rhinestones and sequins.
