1. For white and black material, I see several options - latex (my favorite, where without it :D), leatherette and biflex. I also think that it will look cool if, for example, mix materials (for example, biflex + leatherette)
2. Cape. This detail in the design is inspired by the original character design. As materials I see here - leatherette, satin, maybe even jacquard.
3. For red belts - leatherette or a tight elastic band, for convenience.
4. The veil is black chiffon. I like it if you add lace or sequins to this element.
The detail on the head is very similar to a crown, but in theory it is hairpins in the form of spikes (possibly horns). They should be chaotic and asymmetrical.
