I'm thinking of doing a month focused on obscure 90's and 2000's cartoon characters. Exclusively shows, movies, games and comics that rarely get any attention or fanart made of.
I will also like to include my characters in the poll as well, so any of my characters that haven't gotten a proper art price drawn of them yet (e.g. Velga, Wilhelm, Claws, etc.), or haven't been drawn generally in a few years.

As much as I'd like to draw either of those two. I'm only taking suggestions from 90's and 2000's IPs and they have to be niche
