MID-DAY CHARGE BREAK (WIPS)

Went into more of it in a post for the ultimate tier but TLDR chibi style is still nonexistent and Dead SO I’m kinda just. DOIN WHATEVER?? COMES TO MIND and it’s been fun so far :”3
