Tifa saw this struggle on a daily basis. Over time it became too much for her to bear; she needed to do something - anything to help the children.
With the help of Jesse, she made a weekly prize where one lucky winner would win a hot meal and a new outfit to keep them warm. Hugo was the latest winner. Clutching his golden ticket close he counted down to the days until he was allowed into Seventh Heaven. Although he was just expecting a hot meal, he would be getting that and more when he stepped through the doors…
