Ahhh ok I see!! It deffinitely does add to the soft look! I’m still experimenting a lot with shading ((usually I just airbrush lighter tone of shading all in the direction that light is coming from)) but I might try just doing the edges next time! Subtle details always go a long way!! 💕💖✨✨

2020-08-10 18:45:19 +0000 UTCI DID YES!! I used some of the pink & gold tones from the sky to brush out the edges of the purple shadow- it helped fade in the light to dark a LOT and I think gave it a lot more atmosphere than the regular hard edge shadows did ;;w;;

2020-08-10 18:40:05 +0000 UTCI noticed in the shading there’s brighter tones along the edges, do you add different colors alongside the shading where light hits?? Or is it more just for a glowly like effect? ^^
