❗ Important Update: for those who cancel or downgrade their subscription during the month ❗

As you already know, I need you to select a tier (Bronze, Silver or Golden) to be able to send you new rewards throughout the month. With the new Patreon update, people who cancel their subscription during the month will also lose their paid tier, moving to a new tier called Free that does not receive rewards during the month (although you can always reselect your tier without being charged again in that same month).

I recommend that if you want to cancel or downgrade your subscription, you do so at the end of the month after I've already sent you all the rewards. This way, you will avoid Patreon placing you in the Free tier, which would prevent me from sending you new rewards during the month.

If you have already canceled or downgraded your pledge this month after being charged, I suggest that you reselect your tier (Patreon will not charge you again for this month). This will make it easier for me to send you the rewards during the month as you will appear in my list of active tiers receiving rewards.

If you canceled at the beginning of this month, it's likely that you haven't received the first reward of this month (as you appear in the Free tier), so please send me a private message, and I will send it to you.
