All these years later im still upset about noah. So much wasted potential. Nit to mention we lost beth to gain him so it really made Beth's death even worse. In my eyes Noah's death is one of the most impactful moments for Glen. Being forced to watch that happen knowing it could've been avoided if not for Nicholas. Heartbreaking.

Glenn was stuck holding the revolving door in place. If he tried to pull Noah back through, the door would have shifted and instantly let the walkers flood inside. Neither of them had ammo — the bullets were taken by the guy who abandoned them — so they had no way to clear the horde or buy time. Glenn wasn’t choosing to abandon Noah; he was trapped by physics and circumstances. The door worked like a trap: any sudden move would break the fragile balance keeping the walkers out. In that moment, trying to save Noah would have doomed both of them (and probably Eugene too). That’s why it wasn’t “out of character” — it was just the cruel reality of the situation.
