Weekly Update+The Worst Kept Secret In Smut-Writing!

So (hopefully not too surprisingly), this IS a chapter publishing update, however it's probably not the one you would have expected, and I want to explain briefly why that's the case.
A number of you have already guessed this (since I didn't make any attempt to change my writing style), but I've actually been writing the FE: Harem story "Bred for Victory" under a pseudonym for the last little while. I originally did this because the concept was rather out there and I didn't want it to be attached from (or be assumed to run like) my previous works.
So far, it's just been a fun little distraction I've been able to pump out fairly quickly between other updates. The story concept is very silly and the chapters aren't very dense (intentionally so), so it's never held me up for long.
However, due to being slowed do so much by the Quarantine, and the length of the chapter I just finished ballooning past my expectations (unprecedented, I know), I felt like that it's taken up so much of my time these past few weeks that I need to be upfront about all of you about why that is. There's a big difference between something I can hash out over a few weekends as a break from my work on ACoT or such, and something I've been going over for a month solid since this lockdown began. So, I am sorry about that. Initially I began it in the lockdown expecting I could write it quickly in short bursts between all the various interruptions and hassles I'm dealing with that I've talked about previously, obviously that didn't quite work out.
Anyway, if you have been reading Bred for Victory, I hope you'll enjoy this new update. And if you haven't, and it sounds up your alley, I hope you do like it.
And, more importantly, for anyone who feels unhappy about this, or anything related to it, reach out to me and I'll apologise directly.

Thanks man, really appreciate the kind words. XBC2 is another area where I really do want to write more, there's a lot of ideas I've got stewing around I'd love to use, but I guess as always it's a case of only having limited time to do so. The pressure though, it's nothing like that, it's only about making sure I do have updates out and that the work I put out lives up to you guys expectations. Honestly, I've always been amazed at how kind and understanding (and patient!) my Patreons have been with me, even when all I've got to say is that I'm still slogging away, or when a chapter gets delayed and delayed and I still can't get it done on time haha. I really do appreciate it, greatly

I'm just sorry that we (your patreons) were applying so much pressure on you to write what you felt we wanted that you weren't comfortable telling us about something different you were working on.
