Demon Slayer - 3x9 REACTION!!

Comments

I remember when this aired a lot of people where upset how underwhelming Gyokko was. The thing is Muichiro is such a different beast he made it look easy to solo an upper rank by himself. (Maybe because he is a descendant of that said swordsman from the flashbacks) What do you guys think about the powerscaling amongst the Hashira and Upper Moons you've seen so far? If you had to predict from all Hashira, who is the strongest one?

Hey J&J, I just caught up! πŸ₯³ When Jordan said he would have died because of all the trauma Muichiro experienced, I thought to myself β€œWell, yeah.” Muichiro could not handle it either. It’s why he had amnesia after he was found by Lady Amane and her children. The events of that night, watching his brother die, killing a demon in such a brutal way, were so traumatic that his brain suppressed all of it in order to protect him. Perhaps, he subconsciously remembered his brother always protecting him and channeled his personality so he could keep going? Muichiro is the kinder, more sensitive twin, even with all his rage I don’t think he would have been able to keep going. His brother’s harsher demeanor protected him from further heartbreak. But now as an older, more experienced Hashira he was ready to comeback to himself. He just needed a little push! It’s like you guys said, his experiences combined with the return of his memories, the Muichiro of the present is still kind, but more confident with a steadfast resolve. Also, if you remember back to the movie, the β€˜Mu’ in Mugen Train is also for infinity. Hence the English title of the arc, β€˜Infinity Train!’ β™ΎοΈπŸšž
