Backstage Inks - WIP

FINAL EDIT: Hey everyone! The inks are finally done! Feel free to take a look through the whole comic now that everything SHOULD be in order. I must apologize slightly because I planned to have these done Sunday but it seems like I underestimated the power of leaving the most complicated pages for the end. Crowd and wide shots are seriously the killers for me at the end of the day. Anyways! Next up I’m going through every page and finishing up the colors, so look forward to that!

EDIT #3: Just finished inking the last few pages at the end of the comic, all that’s left is to cycle back to the beginning and do the opening pages and I can finally color everything!

EDIT #2: Just added a few more pages and went back and did some small changes to older pages. Getting close now! I am expecting to finish up the last few pages this week, and already have a few ideas of where to add some new pages as well.

EDIT: Hey everyone, just posting inks for what will be the last page posted before the end of the month. That makes 22 pages total, and keep in mind I still fee like I may add some more before this entire comic is done. I really hope you’ve all been enjoying the pages so far! I’ve been putting my all into this one, and really think by the time it’s done it’ll be something I’m really proud of! It’s been awhile since I’ve been this confident about a comic. :)

Yo! Hope everyone had a good weekend! I’ve been doing inks lately, as you can see, and have been putting in the work. I want this comic to have a slightly grungier underground comic look to it so the inks will have to god hard. You can also probably tell that I’m inking these pages out of order, I’ve basically been just tackling each page based on whichever one I feel like drawing in the moment. I will be updating this post every now and then as I ink more pages (or make changes to already finished pages) instead of making new posts for each update.

I am thinking that due to the length of this comic I’ll probably be taking a bit longer than a single month to finish it but additionally I really want this comic to look like the best comic I’ve drawn so far, so if that means it takes a little longer to draw I think it’ll be worth it, so hopefully you all agree!
