June and Amy in College (Working Title) - Roughs WIP

It’s taken a lot longer to get some roughs out for this comic than it should have and I blame that at least partially on the fairly bad tendonitis I’ve been dealing with in my wrists and elbows the past couple weeks. I think I’m going to have to look into some form of therapy going forward because I plan on being able to draw for the majority of my life and I’d like to be still able to do it going forward. This is also a subtle hint to tell all of you out there to consider looking out for your own physical and mental health too. ;)
As for the comic, it takes place on Christmas Eve when June and Amy were in college. Both dorm roommates together, they find the highway conditions are dangerous due to an unprecedented amount of snow and can’t travel home for Christmas. This takes place a little after the events of Someone I Used To Be, so Amy is still a bit depressed from her last relationship. Her and June decide to get drunk and have some bonding time together.
Despite being a bit late with this upload I’m still hoping to have the whole comic finished close to the beginning of January. Probably not on the 1st, but definitely shortly after. I’ve been very thankful that I’ve been able to do so many comics this past year since starting this Patreon, and looking back I’ve made a decent amount of content overall. I also like how I started 2021 off with a young Amy comic story and now I’m closing 2021 off with one, coming full circle.
Overall I’m looking forward to doing more in 2022, so thanks to all of you again for the support! I couldn’t do this without all of you.
