New app to manage dream images (0.2.2 preview)

The phone gets a new app to manage the dream images.
You will be able to activate or deactivate any of the images by clicking on them. A deactivated image will no longer be used during masturbations.
If you deactivate all the images for one girl, the girl will no longer be shown in the masturbation selection screen.
There will also be a new trophy "masturbate to queen" :)
The game counts the masturbations per week and all time for each girl now, to be able to assign the trophies.
Having another trophy will make some quests a little easier as well.
I hope you like the new functions.
