Interface update for MC masturbation (0.1.2.1 beta)

this is another interface update when you select girls to do certain stuff. Instead of showing a long list where you can select from, you get the images.
This new functionality is first used when the MC is masturbating.
There are also some other changes for the masturbation function as well.
- up to 12 girls are now shown to select from
- some girls got additional "dream images"
- the "dream images" will have to be activated (you need to have seen the original image in game) before you can use them to dream about the girl
- only girls with at least 1 active "dream image" will be shown
- the specific "dream image" that is displayed will be randomly chosen from the pool of activated images for that girl (when the masturbation is not directly linked to a certain event that just took place)

I can't wait for this update! & I haven't even played thru everything from the last one. I guess I wasn't the only one to suggest a better way of picking which girl to masturbate to & vary the dream pics. Maybe later we can get more than one pic to dream about. Thanks to Nice Erotica Admin for contributing the code!
