The second check is with "4" so 4 should always work. So you should not get discovered. After that there are also lust checks on both girls that you need to pass.

I'm trying to watch the Alice and Amy shower scene, but I can't pass the second check even with 4 Stealth/Sneak O_o you really need to be Holiday Snake here :D

I ran into this one, too. The bug is in loc_nightbar.rpy. The line reads: if char1.nightwear == 0 and char.id = amy.id: That needs to be "char1.id == amy.id"

It's not the same system for strength and endurance. It should still work even though it might be a bit confusing. Train some more for some weeks and it should work.

Sorry but from your description I don't know either. You mean she is not the doctor? Or she is the doctor and you are not getting pills even though you are sure the reqirements are met? If the later, send me a save file and I will have a look.
