2025-05-16 00:03:25 +0000 UTCGoing back to your comment about her reimagining the songs when going to Japan, she actually writes her songs in piano. For example, Chromatica's lyrics are very dark. They were written on piano, then with Bloodpop the techno music came in later. Same thing for Mayhem and Joanne. She's a piano gal!

2025-05-12 18:50:02 +0000 UTCOh my gosh! Liam - I actually had no idea about this performance & I dived pretty far into ARTPOP to not miss anything special 😭 but this performance is electrifying! I’ve seen it was in April 2014, so just before her tour started - so it just skipped my notice! Juke has said he will revisit eras once we’ve fully explored GAGA - so whilst it may not be now, It will definitely be in the future. I’ll let him see this though as he may say otherwise.

I asked Michael if this was on the list and he said he hadn't seen this performance so he added it and I'm so glad he did :) To me, this is one of her best vocal performances ever (plus, at the time this song perfectly described what I was going through with a guy :') ). I knew you'd live this one! The way she's feeling the song is just.... wow.
