Whether it was the pick out a Christmas tree, ride to softball practice, or just for a joy ride down the back roads…. This is a weird tangent to go off on but your comment made me sentimental😂

When she was 15 (during the second half of her freshman year) she dated a senior. The song Tim McGraw is about what would happen when he left for college in the fall and she would just be a sophomore in high school.

Which she obviously did. She moved to New York when she was like 20 or 21? But kept her house in Nashville. She also bought a house in LA and split her time mostly between LA & New York but she’s always called herself a New York girl and has so many songs where she mentions New York, she clearly loves it there. Of course she also has the Rhode Island home. So she’s got homes all over the place since her and Travis also have a home in Kansas City
