I’m sure someone else has probably pointed these out to you, but since you loved “Perfect Celebrity” (of course you did—you’re only human), you should check out “Can't Stop the High” (one of the bonus tracks, the other being “Kill For Love”). It comes straight after “Perfect Celebrity” on the store-exclusive version of MAYHEM, but it’s available on YouTube. It goes even harder than “Perfect Celebrity,” and I think you'll really enjoy it. Obviously, you could react to it (and of course I’d love you to do so, but you’ve already got a lot on your plate), but I’m pretty sure you’ll love it as a fellow Little Monster and should give it a listen! So good! It gives me Depeche Mode vibes and also slightly reminds me of one of her unreleased songs, “Fever.”

2025-03-27 00:17:26 +0000 UTCBack in 2011, Howard Stern used to talk sh*t about gaga’s talent and would just call her crazy even though he hadn’t listened to her music. Gaga went on his show, sang, played piano (insane performances btw) and spoke about her creative process/writing. She then made another appearance for Joanne (also an incredible performance) and of course we have these Mayhem performances which just stomp all over everything Howard used to say! It’s so funny seeing how much he respects her now and acknowledges her as a legendary artist.
