2025-02-22 19:46:46 +0000 UTCso as you found out already some parts of the music video are representing eras, the butterflys in the beginning are probably for her self titled debut album. her in the blue dress with the pearls is very 1989 coded, them in the boat looks very much like her Lover album. the numbers on the statue are 1989 if i remember correctly, so her birth year. the shot with the planets is a callback to folklore and the song „seven“ it has the lyric „love you to the moon and to saturn“. Saturn is also the planet representing karma. it could also be an easter egg for Mastermind „all the planets and the stars align“ between the planets are the same star signs shown as on the mastermind vinyl in lavender haze, sagittarius and pisces i think. the coffee cup at the end is a highly discussed easter egg, she holds the coffee with 2 fingernails visible, the blue one at the 8 and a black one at the 2. blue is representing 1989 and in august 1989 taylors version was announced, black is usually for reputation but she tricked us and instead announced ttpd in february . there is in general a lot of imagery about astrology going on, the statue is not Justitia but Libra, in the underworld she is wearing a ram mask representing Aries. Ice Spice in the clam is for me a hint to Boticellis birth of Venus
