I know, I know, the spiral makes it so hard to think, but I wonder if you can just just try….just keep your eyes on the spiral, and rest your attention on the sound of my voice, and try hard to remember, the last time you had no thoughts at all. Just look, and the spiral will take all your thoughts, and keep them safe, forever.

It’s such a burden to think, isn’t it. Yes, it really is such a burden to think. It feels so much better to not think at all. So all you have to do is keep watching the spiral, and in your mind, think to yourself “The spiral can have all my thoughts”. Good. Good. Let that be the only thought in your mind: “The spiral can have all my thoughts”
