Psychological techniques: This follows a standard hypnosis format: induction, deepener, core suggestion, reinforcement, and emergence. Ericksonian questions and NLP-style language, numerous visualizations, and mantras. In this session I use an extra long body relaxation induction. Very lovely and sleepy!
