The most intense storms always bring something unusual, unnatural to the world. A creature of immense size and unnatural power and ability. Its neither sinister nor malicious yet still leaves destruction in its wake simply as a byproduct of its abilities and power.
So of course you know there's gonna be a bunch of people that chase it around trying to get good video of it.
A story involving his character Typhoon, a gigantic Lucario with the ability to manipulate the weather and wind, and the show he puts on for the storm chasers that follow him around.
