Cartoon Calamity
Added 2025-09-15 20:40:27 +0000 UTCFor the August story, you guys voted for the hunky rugby player to have a wardrobe malfunction at the bowling alley, and here it is. For fans of cartoon briefs, ripped pants and utter embarrassment, this one is for you! Remember to give this post some love if you enjoy the story!
Niall Richards had never been so nervous about a date in his life. He’d had a crush on August Winters for months and it had taken tequila shots and drinking his body weight in beer to give him the courage to even talk to the guy, let alone ask him out.
It wasn’t any great surprise that August had said yes – Niall was gorgeous; handsome features, broad shoulders, and a muscular build that came from years of playing rugby rather than any time at the gym. The problem was that Niall didn’t remotely see what everyone else did. Yes, he knew he had a good body, and he guessed he had a nice thick butt and strong legs, but he preferred slimmer guys, so he didn’t really see the attraction to his thicker body type.
Niall was also a massive geek. Outside of rugby, he was at his happiest watching cartoons, Star Wars, Marvel movies or playing on his PlayStation. He wasn’t a massively social guy outside of his rugby team and he rarely dated. He had no fashion sense and generally just wore what he felt comfortable in. Having to go on a date, let alone dress nicely for one, was completely alien to him.
After the drunken night when Niall had asked August on a date, they’d been texting regularly and had agreed on a first date where they’d go bowling and then grab food after. August had hinted that they might find somewhere quiet after that, but Niall, who had slept with only a handful of men at 28, was too nervous to even acknowledge such an idea.
The night of their first date came around and Niall was in the middle of a meltdown. He had absolutely no idea what would be appropriate to wear. After a shower, he’d started rifling through his closet, only to realise that everything he owned was not first date worthy. The majority of his wardrobe was t-shirts with anime or superheroes on, more sweatpants than any man needed, and a suit that he’d been forced to get for someone’s wedding. At the back of the closet, he found an old pair of jeans that he couldn’t remember wearing for years, but they’d do. He’d just have to go casual – jeans and a t-shirt. That would look relaxed, chilled . . . hopefully.
Niall pulled on one of his favourite pairs of briefs and a Back to the Future tee that he hoped was retro enough to look cool without being too geeky. He had to wrestle the faded blue jeans on, the denim hugging his thighs and his butt like a second skin, before yanking on a pair of socks and his comfiest sneakers.
“It’ll do, I guess,” Niall said to his nervous looking reflection.
August was waiting outside the bowling alley looking more perfect than Niall had ever seen him. He was wearing a fitted black V-neck jumper and a pair of smart looking dark jeans with some cool boots that had loads of buckles. August was slim with messy blond hair and a smile that made Niall melt.
“Well hello handsome,” August said with grin, stepping forward and giving Niall a hug. Niall froze slightly at the unexpected contact, blushing when his cock twitched inside his briefs.
“Uh, hi,” he said, his cheeks still pink.
“So, are you ready for me to kick your butt?” August tilted his head to the side, a smug look of challenge on his face.
Niall chuckled. “That’s some might confidence you have there.”
“Just you wait, big guy. Come on.”
They headed inside, and after Niall paid for their games, they collected their bowling shoes and headed over to their lane. Niall sat down and leaned forward, and as soon as he did so, he heard an ominous creaking sound coming from his jeans. The waistband dug uncomfortably into him, and the material clung so tightly to his thighs that he wasn’t sure he’d be able to sit down in them for a long period of time.
“You okay?” August asked with a frown.
“Uh, yep, all good here.”
Niall forced a smile to his face and laced up the bowling shoes, kicking his sneakers under the seat. He finally got a date with the guy of his dreams, and he didn’t want to ruin it by worrying about how tight his jeans were or how much bigger he was than August. He just wanted to have fun.
The first game was a little slow to get going, but in no time at all, Niall had relaxed and was enjoying the date more than he’d imagined he could. He and August laughed and teased each other about their bowling prowess, pausing to have sips of their beers as they talked about everything from movies to the rugby team.
When they started their second game, after Niall won the first, he was feeling more confident than he’d felt for years.
“Check this out,” Niall said with a big grin as he grabbed a ball and headed up to the edge of the lane. “This one’s for you, August.”
Niall spun on the spot and then dropped into a deep squat as he launched the ball, but as the ball left his fingers, he felt the rip before he heard it. His jeans suddenly felt much, much looser.
“Oh no,” Niall squeaked, his hands flying to his butt as he stood up.
August burst out laughing at the sight before him. Seeing Niall acting so cocky was funny in itself but watching him rip his jeans wide open to reveal the tightest briefs he’d ever seen would have taken the award, if it weren’t for the fact that the briefs were covered in pictures of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with “Cowabunga” emblazoned in very stretched lettering over Niall’s epic bubble butt.
“Are those briefs even for adults?” August howled as he clutched his stomach.
Niall blushed a deep shade of crimson as he turned around so that his butt was no longer facing August. “No, no, they’re for . . . adults. They’re grown up . . . I mean, yeah, course they are.”
“Dude, they look like Underoos!”
Niall couldn’t believe his jeans had ripped, and worse, he was wearing one of his fave pairs of briefs. He’d had the TMNT briefs since he was sixteen when he’d bought them from a department store, and he refused to admit which department of the store he’d got them in.
The question was, what did he do now? Aside from August, no one else had noticed his blowout, but how would he get back to his car? He had no jacket and nothing to cover up with, but there was no way that he wanted more people to laugh at him.
“I need to go,” Niall said quietly, still blushing as he toed off his bowling shoes.
In his haste to get his sneakers out from under the seat where August was still laughing, he hadn’t anticipated his jeans ripping further but there was a loud RRRRIIIIIPPPPPPP as his jeans ripped through the waistband, and as he stood up, his jeans dropped to his knees exposing his barely contained bulge in the way too tight TMNT briefs.
“No fucking way,” August cried, tears streaming down his cheeks as he pointed at Niall’s bulge and rolled backwards laughing.
“Oh fuck,” Niall gasped.
The people on the lanes next to them didn’t fail to notice this time and they joined in with August as Niall rammed his feet into his sneakers, yanked up his jeans and held them to his waist as he ran for the door.
The laughter seemed to echo around his head as Niall ran as fast as he could across the parking lot to his car. His first date with August was ruined and he’d never be able to face him again, nor would he ever be able to return to that bowling alley. It was the worst day of his life.
That was until an hour later when he received a text from August: “I’m sorry for laughing at you, but you have to admit, that was hilarious. I hope you don’t hate me. I really can’t wait to see those briefs again, preferably when I’m peeling them off of you.”
Niall read and reread the message . . . he had no idea why August was still interested in him, but his briefs got a little tighter as he imagined August peeling them off.

Thanks. I had fun coming up with it and considered different options.

2025-09-17 14:09:26 +0000 UTCNiall had just lined up for his last shot of the night. His jeans were already a lost cause, bunched around his ankles, so he decided to own it. With August laughing beside him and half the alley watching, Niall tugged off his ripped shirt too, tossing it onto the scoring table. A chorus of whoops went up as he stood there in nothing but his cartoon briefs, chest flushed pink, nerves sparking through every inch of him. “Perfect strike, strip naked!” someone yelled from two lanes down, and the crowd roared in agreement. Niall’s heart hammered. He could bolt—or he could play the part. He closed his eyes, swung the ball down the lane, and heard the sweet crack of every pin falling. A perfect strike. The alley erupted. Niall, cheeks burning, took a deep breath and shucked off the briefs. He was bare, trembling, and yet—for once—not ashamed. He half expected August to laugh again, but instead August slipped off his jumper, draped it around Niall’s shoulders, and leaned close. *“You’re braver than anyone I know,”* he whispered. *“And I’m not letting you run off this time.”* The crowd kept cheering, but in that moment Niall only felt August’s hand on the small of his back, steady and warm, guiding him out of the spotlight into something that finally felt like love.
