I hope you were able to solve this and I apologize for my delayed response, I wasn't notified and just so happened to go down my feed to look through the comments and I saw this. I haven't heard of anyone having this issue if you've disabled the feminine filter and they don't show .. its very strange .. if you haven't sorted this issue already I'd suggest disabling all of your filters or having the "custom content" filter on.
