Hey guys, I am so sorry about that. The issue was that there was no ".package" extension on the file name. In the future if this ever happens, all you have to do is add " .package " to the end of the file name and add it in your mods folder. At this point, the game will be able to read the file as a normal CC file. Once again, I apologize for my mistake. I uploaded them and went to spend time with my family and decided to check the post once again before I laid down. Glad I did! Thanks to all of you that commented on this post to let me know. They should work now. π€

Um, the download isn't a package that can be used for Sims 4.
