It's a little long to explain this.π Tier 5 can be chosen whenever you want, but there is still no set reward. Nevertheless, there are people who maintain the tier. I wanted to repay them for something, so I decided to ask their opinions about the characters and works I wanted and reflect them more. Voting was also planned for tier 5, but it was extended to tier 4 to hear more opinions. These haven't been decided yet and I'm continuing to test what benefits I can to offer for tier5. So I'm still marking tier 5 closed.π
