In the dim glow of her opulent boudoir surrounded by sensual shadows, a lonely housewife indulging in her nightly rituals of self care; awaits her lover’s call. Reclining in her antique bed, surrounded by the luxuries of a life well-lived, she wonders if tonight will be the night he finally makes time for her. Yet, she remains unfazed, knowing that her true love is herself, the woman staring back at her in the mirror—a reflection of beauty and confidence. Still, the pull of her own desires reminds her of the lover who has recently entered her life, a man who has awakened a passion she thought long extinguished. No one knows that this lover isn’t her dutiful husband, but a thrilling secret she guards carefully, fully aware that her marriage had lost its spark long ago.
As she lies there, her vintage phone by her side finally rings, each chime sending a flutter through her heart. She picks it up, anticipation building with every second, and as she hears his voice, she melts into the softness of her bed, the shadows cast by the ornate bedframe playing across her body in a dance of light and dark. His words, laced with erotic promise, envelop her in a cocoon of sensuality, leaving her content and spent, yet eagerly awaiting his arrival. “How long will he take?” she wonders aloud, a smile curling at her lips. But it doesn’t matter to her- “regardless he’s coming’” she continued, knowing all too well the things he will do to her; happy to wait as she eagerly begins the game he will soon start.
