So thank you very much! 💜 Also Angela (the herbalist/psychic /witch) told Eragon not that the betrayal comes from his cousin, wich he believes it rightfully to come from cause it's the only family he knows. No Angela told him it comes from within his family, and since his uncle and cousin was the only family he knows, maybe just maybe he has more out there than that? But you will get to know about Eragons future eventually, so I wouldn't ponder on it too much. Just try digesting the information that you have recived in this chapter and don't dwell on it too much 🤭

I don't know why anyone would want to hear it. She says the betrayal will come from "within family," which he understandably interprets to mean his cousin since that's the only family he knows of. But what if he has family he's yet to meet? You're never meant to understand it completely and it just causes worry and trouble trying to fulfill it or avoid it. Nah man.
