- ⭐When upscaling and interpolating videos, videos with frame rate higher than the specified frame rate are no longer simply skipped, but only upscaled.

2023-02-25 15:27:25 +0000 UTCCan you skip that for the interpolate changes too (that if the same resolution is chosen but a different frame rate, the video is only interpolated and not upscaled)?
