Need your feedback about TABS!
Added 2020-04-05 18:29:28 +0000 UTCSo as you know I offer Tabs as one of my Patreon perks, but what I'm wondering is how do you use the tabs?
For most of my tabs I include anywhere from 5-20 different guitar parts, but I'm wondering if anybody actually learns all of them. Or should I start focusing on just the main lead parts, and forget about any extra parts.
I understand that for music producers like me, all of the parts would be helpful, but for a person just trying to learn the song it's quite confusing having so many parts.
If I was to just simply do the main parts, then I could start releasing backing tracks that you could play along to. Part of the reason I don't make backing tracks at the moment is because there's so many extra parts in each song that it's tough deciding what to include/exclude.
So I would just like to know how to proceed; keep doing all parts of a song, or simplify it to just the main parts?
If you have any feedback let me know, I would love to hear your opinions!

Well are you using any kind of software for your tones? Some of them are a bit expensive but they're a lot cheaper than amps. I would highly recommend Archetype Plini. That's what I've been using for all of my lead tones for the past few months, and it sounds great even with the default presets
2020-04-05 19:10:41 +0000 UTCThe hardest for me is to get the right tone. Ive always played acoustic and recently switched to electric. Getting the songs to sound "right" has been the most difficult for me to get from your tabs, but probably goes the same for playing songs in electric guitar in general.
