0.4 release date

The work on 0.4 is taking much longer than I expected, and this results in another delay (again...). I know many of you are already pissed off and have torches and pitchforks ready for me - you can burn me at the stake right after the 0.4 release. (but I prefer not to die if possible)
I plan to release the update on July 30th, it's a safe date for me, so there will be no more delays. The next releases will be done at a much faster pace, so hopefully this will make up for the wait for 0.4.
Sorry about this, and I hope I'll be forgiven (and not burned at the stake, please).
