Difficult positions, heavy weights and extra long sessions are the only real way Gwen can properly train considering her strength. After a long day of work, she burns out with training that works her full body. The beam she carries is several times the weight of her lithe body, the harsh webbing she has wrapped around her ankles digging into her skin as she moves.
She works slowly, feeling every muscle flex. Lowering her body puts strain on her chiselled abs, the blocky muscles burning as she uncurls. Her shoulders twist at the same time, and she feels her lats and back cry out in protest. Once upright, she lowers her legs, slow and controlled, before lifting the whole weight back up, her quads exploding with muscle. Then, the journey back up - even harder than the one down. Every rep stays as disciplined as she can manage as she drips with sweat.
