Not-So-Monthly Report ~ Always Late, Never...Never?

What the hell is this title? Idk, it sounded funny in my head for some reason.
Ahem, heya, April here!

It's been a while, 2025 have started, and we're already past it's first month :O
My laptop keeps bothering me, so sadly not much progress for this month, but we're slowly getting somewhere...hopefully!
As always, let's talk about some of the upcoming stuff and ramble about some issues. Lots of pics this time!
Let's start with the important stuff and with something that was completely forgotten by me first...

Autumn Contest Results:

The contest was finished two months ago, and dumb me forgot to post winning entries here, i'm terribly sorry! Some people gently reminded me about it, so here we are! From top to bottom you'll see Top-3 and Community Award winners!

I know that not everyone was happy with the theme and how it was handled overall that time, i'm sorry for that, and hopefully things will be better next time with your help and ideas. 

Upcoming Characters: 

January Character ~ Tangerine
You know those sad times when you have absolutely no ideas on how to make new character look somewhat unique and more interesting? It was one of those times for me, and it took me too long to be happy with character's base to begin with, and when i've finally managed to find some ideas and inspiration - it was too late to finish it by the end of January...
I still need to finish and fix some stuff here and there first, make versions for multiple shaders, and make some pretty preview renders for Tangerine, so hopefully i'll manage to do it in a day or two!

I'm terribly sorry for being so late with character release this time!

February Character ~ Mikoto (or based on her model?)
While working on some monthly reworks for my main characters - i've finally managed to come up with something interesting! It was supposed to be some minor changes to Yeni's face, but results were so different, that we can probably count it as entirely new character - Mikoto!

As a celebration, instead of keeping her card as yet another private one, i wanted to release her card as it is, but there are some core issues with it...Mikoto uses some of the expensive encrypted mods, and i know that not everyone are fine with it, so...i'll have to replace some stuff to make her card more accessible, but that will affect her appearance, and her card will be kept as "Premium" one.

I'll try to keep her as interesting as possible, but maybe as the result i'll have to change her name once again for release version T^T

Upcoming Scenes:

January Pack ~ Early Access: 

It's been a while since proper scene pack, so it's finally time to clean up the new unreleased scenes and release it as proper new pack!
I might also include simple scene (the one you can see as thumbnail for this post) as bonus, but it's probably too simple and basic... 

Obviously, there should be entirely new scenes in February, so hopefully you'll see more soon!

February Public Pack:

I believe i haven't posted preview of current WIP pack publicly here, right?
My current plan for February scenes is to finish those scenes and release it as free pack right away once it's ready!

Some of it prooobably can be considered as finished already, but we'll see, maybe i'll manage to make it look better (or much worse)!

Ahem, Dear Diary! I've been haunted by something i keep calling "fear of planning" for the past year or two. Every time i plan something big or "life-changing" - unexpected stuff happens, and everything falls apart entirely, and it only leads to strong frustration and disappointment. As one of the safe examples - i wanted to use some additional social media platforms to post renders, but after some time and planning said platforms got officially banned in my country. Because of that fear - it's really hard for me to plan things up ahead, because inner voice will shout "you will fail!" again and again...i'm trying to overcome it, though unsuccessfully.
What i'm probably trying to say is - i have big plans on February in terms of releases, and i know that i will surely fail to meet expectations once again, be it mine or yours, so i just want to thank all of you once again for your support no matter what, i truly honor and appreciate it.
There are a lot of new free members joining, so i should finally sort stuff more conveniently on Patreon, look into collections and other creator recommendations, and also probably dive into copilot thingy to give away some discounts, so hopefully soon!
Oh, and you can expect some polls in a few days, for real this time! Just out of curiosity and to gather some data to figure stuff out for future releases.

My current laptop started slowly falling apart few months ago, at this point it desperately need a full keyboard replacement (and it's nearly impossible to find needed laptop keyboard here), so i've decided to find a new laptop as birthday gift. I haven't ordered it yet, but i'll most likely go with Lenovo Legion R7000 AHP9 model, it's probably the best option for me quality and budget wise, but since it's China market exclusive, and i'm concerned with all of the motherboard malfunction issues that Lenovo had in first half of 2024 - i'll have to overpay for extended warranty just in case. I don't know, i'm always too scared to buy new stuff and tech overall, so it's very stressful!
After buying new laptop i'll probably finally move away to up-to-date version of HS2 and will try new Graphics plugin out, though old version will still be my main one.
Also, HS2 modding! I'll probably start bothering people here and there with dumb questions soon, because i still want to make some stuff, even though it will most likely be beyond poop quality...but again, probably too many plans once again.
