New 'level 2 plus' plan

I decided I did not want to raise my prices, so instead I have added a new optional plan above level 2.
It is the same benefits as level 2 but to make it a bit sweeter, sometimes I will pick a random member from 'level 2 plus' and they will get a free request sequence.
Thank you everyone who has supported me these past years, I wish to keep continuing into the future and every piece of support helps me.
