本日無事に退院できました。皆さんにはご迷惑、ご心配をお掛けいたしました。

承認されないままキャンセルとなってしまった皆さん、大変申し訳ありませんでした。
よろしければ、もう一度同じ内容をお送りください。出来る限り承認させて頂きます。
I have been unable to contact you due to emergency hospitalization and surgery since June 1 this month.
I was safely discharged from the hospital today. I apologize for any inconvenience or worry this may have caused you.
