Unfortuantely, Patreon changes did not go as planned and have resulted in some critical side effects. After deleting all current gift tiers, I had believed that those subbed would not roll over into September. I believed this course of action would let me start fresh and begin the new tiering system starting in September on a fresh slate.

However, this did not happen. Any Patron that was subbed for the month of August to a gift pack tier will continue to be subbed to ‘No Tier’, paying the last amount they were subbed to until they cancel their subscription, or change to a new tier. This is permanent and I cannot change your subscription. This will continue indefinitely but can be fixed if you either cancel or switch to a lower tier at your soonest convenience.

Luckily, the money for these pledge’s did not hit my bank account, and I was able to refund each pledge in the ‘No Tier’ category. Those refunds should be available in 5 - 7 business days.

I am so sorry for this inconvenience.

I want to thank all of you for your pateince to these unforseen events as I work through them as quickly as I can. I appreciate each and every one of you for the support and care you have placed on me to allow me to do the the work I love and will never take advantage of your kindness.
