I had been thinking for some time about certain things that maybe it was time to change, and with last month's suspension incident they have only increased( ᴗ _ᴗ), so I think it's time to talk about it.

First, New Plan: The Archivist/はじめに, 新しい計画 : アーキビスト

Since February of this year we have been working for two years and little by little the number of stories and works that are being published is increasing, as well as the number of passwords for their control. *(So if I order it as a single text, it will be longer and longer. (๑﹏๑//))* And that's why I've been thinking about implementing this new plan.

The main objective of the plan is as its name says to function as an archive where published works older than one year will be exclusive to those who are subscribed to this plan and above, as well as to unify those older works under a single unique and exclusive password.

This plan will be implemented in the month of July with a price of $6 and as such will only affect older works with an antiquity of one year or more, the most recent ones will maintain their current status.

*Will this ever affect recent work?

Nope.

I'm aware that some people have recommended it or asked similar questions in the past, but it's not really a working format I'm comfortable with. ( ╹ -╹)

Second, "Shorts" Section/ 第2回 "ショートフィルム" 部門

Long-time patrons may be able to identify that accompanying the two stories worked on for the members of ‘The Creative Table’ a small piece of work is published under the name of ‘Short’. The main objective of this section is to give the possibility to all the members of both the higher and basic plans to suggest a theme or characters (because yes, they could always suggest(¬.¬ )) to appear in the Short section.

In the beginning, suggestions came in and the section worked well, but over time the suggestions have been decreasing to the level of being zero, so that they have had to repeat or think of ideas for the section, but this is nothing more than a solution based on patches, making this section was in a limbo that I came to wonder what to do adding to the fact new issues.

Some of you may have noticed that sometimes three or more rewards are published for the members of ‘The Creative Table’ in a single week; more than 8 a month, more works than I have planned for the time I have in my work schedule, this is due to sporadic members who join the plan, leave and come back. While I have nothing against this happening, indeed, I thank them for their support each time they return, I think it is time to find some more order.

So: What to do with the ‘Shorts’ section?

We are currently looking at three possibilities:

The first is to eliminate it completely. An idea that arose during the month of February; Anniversary month, no work was published in the ‘Short’ section, this largely due to a lack of suggestions and secondly because, being Anniversary month, Friends and family suggested that I take a holiday. (Which was going to be difficult as I really enjoy creating and developing stories (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶), so I was hardly going to part with my pen and desk. Haha, it's kind of weird to mention this when it's already been two whole months since then, ( ⸝⸝´꒳`⸝⸝) haha). To cut to the chase, his absence didn't cause a big change in my work schedule, other than giving me more time for other activities (which I guess isn't a bad thing¯\_(ツ)_/¯).

The second possibility is, Make it a popularity award section. During the previous month, the month of March. It occurred to me to test this second possibility by dedicating the ‘Short’ section to the works with the highest approval of the previous week. An experience that in my opinion has had good results.

The third possibility is, Replace it. As I mentioned, I sometimes have to replace the short's publication with an additional "Creative Table" member's play, something that, while it happens sporadically, I think can become a permanent condition. By changing the publication of shorts to more member works I can expand the slots for "Creative Table" members.

Furthermore, in the past I planned to create a plan for those who wanted an exclusive work that included text. But due to the time these would take I ended up discarding it. If I changed the time I have to dedicate to the Short section for other stories I could revive that old idea (especially now that I see more users interested in stories with text (╭ರᴗ•́)).

While I said that he is handling three possibilities ....

I think a fourth possibility would also be to give it a second chance. It is true that the number of suggestions has been decreasing to zero, which is also my fault for not doing or saying anything about it. Making posts that encourage or inform users to leave their suggestions is one way to revive the section, although really if at one point it gets to this point sooner or later it will come back to this, which is why I am not very positive about this option, although it is still a likely option.

As such for now I will not make any decision until I evaluate all the pros and cons and to that I add that it is a topic on which I mainly want to hear your opinions and suggestions on what to do or how to proceed.

現在、3つの可能性を検討しています：

一つ目は、完全に廃止することである。 このアイデアは2月に生まれたもので、アニバーサリー月である2月は「ショート」部門に作品が掲載されなかった、

さらに、以前はテキストを含む独占作品を希望する人のための企画を作ろうと思っていました。でも、時間がかかるので結局やめました。もし私が他のストーリーのために「ショート」セクションに割かなければならない時間を変更すれば、その古いアイデアを復活させることができる（特に今、テキスト付きのストーリーに興味を持つユーザーが増えているようだ(╭ರᴗ•́))。
