Sneaky WIP!
Added 2025-01-17 21:40:06 +0000 UTCHey all, I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank those that wished me well, it's been a rough couple of weeks but I am FINALLY starting to recover! My sense of smell and taste are pretty off for now, so much so that I could not taste or react to spicy food, when my eyes would otherwise be streaming. XD
Anyway, I have been doing a little bit of mapmaking when I can - working on what was meant to be the 20th of January release. It'll definitely still be late, especially as I didn't realise that the Moonstone Mask is FIVE storeys!
However, I've been having a play around with sky islands and decided upon this design. At first I had it layered like the mountain maps but scratched that as it looked on a giant hill.
Some other weird things I've noticed is that the default gravel texture is great for a perspective of an island over a city, and that the roof tool can make some REALLY tiny and cute houses.
I am going to be working on this more over the weekend as it is still FAR from finished, but I am hoping to get this to you as soon as I can!
