The public release for this mod would be the same as Winter Furina
After downloading the mod file, open it and put whichever one of these mods in the mods folder. I made the candy cane go over all weapons that are good on Furina
If you feature mods anywhere, according to the rules of the modding community and also the rules from gamebanana that protect modders, you must credit everyone involved.
Failing to do so can result in having your content taken down. It's also basic respect for creators doing things the end up for free
