2023-11-12 23:33:40 +0000 UTCI directly used the animations from Furina's skirt. This is as much movement as it could possibly have. Also if you look up Umi from Tower of Fantasy (the character I got the outfit for this mod from) her outfit in that game also moves in similar fashion like the furina mod. The coat was never supposed to have animations like Rizzly's or Baizhu's coats
