Wow! This is the one-year anniversary of the The Catch! Alyson and I posted the first chapter in September of 2023. Creating this story with her has been so, so rewarding and fun!
In this chapter: Antonia undergoes a "little" plastic surgery to boost her confidence as the woman she's becoming... an alteration that will last far beyond the 10-year contract!

Yes, he's controlling and he had the potential to become a monster but he knows that about himself and he tries so damn hard to not let that out. He almost has a Sam Vimes vibe, if you read Discworld. And that's what Antonia is falling for, that pert of Michael that's still this incredibly lonely, vulnerable kid.

The way that when Ant is obviously still medicated up but in pain, so that her anxieties come out in verbal form at the perceived person who put her through all this, is really captivating and very realistic 👍🏻👏🏻
