Olivia was introduced in Jack & Jill - Phase 8, Part 16 as part of the ‘entertainment’ for the visiting Kaschak while they were spying on Jill and Adelle in the hot spring. She later had a pinup at the end of Phase 8.
From Mr. Xu’s dialogue, we know that Olivia - once called Omar - was a track star who became injured. But how'd Omar become Olivia? Here's your chance to decide!
1) Disgraced Olympian - He was an Olympic hopeful, training for the games in her chosen event. But a severe injury ended his dreams of glory. Omar soon fell into a life of excess and partying, until a pill from a strange woman changed everything.
2) Stolen Valor - After his injury, Omar believed the only way back to winning was to claim to be trans. Even hurt, he should be able to beat any woman on the track. Right? Nope. Not only did he keep losing, but an 'interested party' couldn't resist the irony of feminizing him.
3) Rival's Revenge - Omar had a bitter rival who was determined to beat him on the track. The rival 'arranged' for him to be hurt - but even that wasn't enough! Omar was still faster. The rival, with connections to Second Dawn, had him taken to Clinic 12.

I think race change as the bonus is quite the opposite... very rare thing... I am aware of only 2 TG comics with race change among maaany I read and of course there is a movie Tropic Thunder but no gender change there LOL
