First Draft: One Door Closes, Another One Opens

For now, it's just the intro, but hopefully I can entice you guys with the first choice of the poll once you read it. I also cleaned things up a little with Alexandra's story. I think I removed all unimplemented choices, but if you know of bugs, typos, or any other weirdness and unfinished paths I am forgetting, just let me know, and I'll fix it.
As for the new story, I'll give you a little "spoiler" here: The invasion in the rumors is happening, but they are going to use more "subtle" means of conquering the population, let's say. Also, the story's title is temporary for now, and if any of you has any suggestions, I am glad to hear them (I have come to the conclusion that my naming sense sucks XD).
