Hotfix #1: Fine Tuning

Here is a list of fixed issues:
- Fixed infinite loop in new Slave owner intro;
- Fixed black screen if you refuse the secretary job;
- Fixed not showing a pregnant Erica when changing in the male section of the bathhouse when relevant;
- Fixed issue with bikini during pregnancy (only relevant in the bathhouse, for now);
- Fixed bathhouse sex scene while pregnant showing the first image to the side, instead of being centered;
- Fixed collision in the second floor of the magic academy (walkable walls);
