Maid for Life, Part 12 - Redo
Added 2020-07-08 20:07:33 +0000 UTCAs most of you know by now, I'm a perfectionist. This is especially true when it comes to my comics.
I was actually rather unhappy with one particular aspect of Maid for Life, Part 12: Scott's skin looked all wrong.
Not to get too technical, but I'd worked hard on his skin material to make it look as realistic as possible. Unfortunately, I was working in neutral lighting, and somehow when I moved it over to the actual environment, Scott's skin was now blueish-gray. Awful. Sadly, I'd already rendered all the scenes and the comic was due!
So, anyway, I went back and reworked the skin and re-rendered everything. I've also kept the link the same so patrons from June can retrieve this new, updated comic.
Oh! And there's a bonus page at the end! ๐
Above is the difference. I hope you'll agree it's an improvement!
